R&D Solution process

Prototype and interaction design/APP development
According to the requirements document, we assist customers to design the prototype drawing, including the structural layout of the function, the design of each sub-page and the design of the business logic between the pages, and finally output the prototype design drawing.
APP engineers develop interfaces according to high-fidelity design drawings; The server-side engineer will write API interfaces, set up server environments, and design databases. At a certain stage of development, the APP engineer will connect with the server, obtain data through the server's interface, and write functional logical code.
Hardware development
After the product is approved, hardware engineers need to start selecting the hardware platform according to the needs, and evaluate it from the aspects of functional requirements, performance requirements, technical support, cost assessment and supply.
After the overall hardware scheme is determined, it enters the development stage: hardware schematic design, PCB board design and production, BOM list, PCB board placement.
Schematic design
After the PCB is made, it is necessary to solder 2~4 single boards of the PCB board to the software engineer for debugging, and debug the various functional modules of the schematic design.
Small batch trial production
During small batch trial production, production engineers need to track SMT chip and assembly process issues, optimize test processes, improve production yields, and pave the way for mass production. We need to conduct reliability and performance tests such as functional testing, stress testing, performance testing, anti-interference testing, product life testing, and high and low temperature testing.
After a small batch of trial production, part of the product will be invested in R&D testing and reliability testing, and part of the product will be put into public testing, directly facing the trial and evaluation of seeds.
Quality feedback
After mass production of products into the market, users may feedback hidden or small probability problems that cannot be found in the test, then R&D will conduct detailed analysis according to specific cases to find the root cause to improve and optimize the product.
